Q1.When will C-MAP 4D be available for purchase?

Jeppesen Marine will preview C-MAP 4D at several European boat shows in September, with an official launch in October at the Genoa International Boat Show on Oct. 3 and a North American debut at Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on Oct. 28. It will be available in dealer stores later this fall.

Q2.What chartplotters are compatible with C-MAP 4D?

C-MAP 4D will be compatible with Raymarine’s new E-Series Widescreen with HybridTouch™ multifunction display. Over the coming months, several other leading marine electronics manufacturers will offer C-MAP 4D capabilities.

Q3.What cartridges will C-MAP 4D use?

The type of cartridge depends on the chartplotter. Your local dealer can help you determine the appropriate media for your chartplotter.

Q4.Where can I  buy C-MAP 4D?

C-MAP 4D can be found at your local marine electronics dealer. Or, contact Jeppesen Marine customer service in your region.

Q5.If I have an existing chartplotter that uses C-MAP cartography, can I also use C-MAP 4D?

No. C-MAP 4D uses new technology and therefore is not retro-compatible with older chartplotters.
