C-Weather

C-Weather is a free service designed for all Jeppesen Marine’s customers that either utilize MAX technology and own a MAX compatible chart plotter or use the navigational planning tool, PC-Planner.

C-Weather service gives excellent coverage for the whole of Europe. Weather forecasts are based on data received from the leading meteorological centers. This data is processed by C-Map by Jeppesen’s server and made available automatically to our customers either by downloading to a chart plotter or through the PC-Planner.

Features:

- 5-day weather forecast updated every 6 hours,
- coverage of 180x180 Nm with information frequency of 0.5° Lat/Lon,
- wind direction and strength,
- wave height and direction,
- ground temperature,
- level of humidity,
- visibility in miles.
