CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Because Jeppesen Sanderson, Inc. complies with the Safe Harbor Principles, our transfers of such data from countries in the European Union to the United States meet the adequacy requirements of the European Union Data Protection Directive. PROTECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use appropriate technical security measures to protect personal information against misuse, unauthorized access, loss, change and deletion while it is under our control. Your account information is accessible online only through the use of a password. To help protect the confidentiality of personal information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. CHOICE REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR INFORMATION,CORRECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION, QUESTIONS
You may "opt in" to receive promotional and marketing emails by ticking the respective box within your profile on the “Change Preferences” link under “Your Account”. If you would like to revoke your consent to receive promotional and marketing emails from us, then you may “opt out” within your profile. Please note, however, that if you do not want to receive further service and/or account-related emails from Jeppesen, you need to close your account with us.
